the School from outside Lowick School is surrounded by some magnificent countryside, with Lowick Common immediately over the road from the School and fields around the rest of the perimeter. The only major road is in front of the school, and childrens' safety is paramount with speed limits and flashing lights in operation at peak times after pressure from the School and parents.
If you travel into Lowick from Ulverston, you will often be greeted by stunning views towards Coniston. In this picture, Lowick School is at the bottom right.
