HOME-SCHOOL AGREEMENT
The School will work to:
- Encourage all pupils to do their best at
all times and develop each child's individuality.
- Encourage all pupils to take care of their
surroundings and to show consideration and respect for
others.
- Provide a broad and balanced curriculum and
a range of extra-curricular activities, in a safe, caring and
stimulating environment in which all pupils are valued and given
equal opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of Christian moral
values as well as a respect for other cultures and ways of
life.
- Monitor the progress of children regularly,
bringing any concerns to parents' notice; and report regularly on
progress and development during the year.
- Inform parents about what the teachers aim
to teach the children each term and provide information about how
parents can help.

The Family will try to:
- Make sure their child arrives at school on
time (8.55am), and attends regularly.
- Ensure that the school is notified
directly/by telephone, as soon as possible, when their child is
absent; ensure that requests for holidays in term time are made on
the official holiday request forms.
- Take an active part in their child's
progress by supporting school events where possible, attending
parents' evenings and maintaining regular contact with the
school.
- Support the school's policies, including
those relating to behaviour and homework, helping their child as
best as they are able.
- Talk to the class teacher or headteacher if
there are any problems that school should be aware of.

- Do their best to follow the school's
rules:
- To walk inside the building
- To be friendly, kind and polite
- To follow instructions first time from the
adults in school
- To care for the school environment and
property by respecting the school grounds and school
equipment
- To take care of their own safety and that
of others, staying within the school grounds unless they have
permission of a member of staff
- Do their best in everything they
attempt

Report.
- Encourage the children to keep to the
school rules.
- Support the child's learning to help them
